Delivery Of Software And Registration

Where software is delivered on a CD-ROM disk, we normally despatch the goods within 1 working week of receipt of purchase order or payment

Software downloaded from our website is normally available at any time, subject to normal operation of our web server. All our software requires a registration code which we provide upon request to licensed users qualifying to receive technical support from us, normally within 1 working day of receipt of any request which includes our application software generated code.

VAT

Our VAT number is GB 428 6412 47. All KALNOTE sales are made through the Digital River Share-IT! site. Digital River is a company registered in Germany and VAT is charged in accordance with European Union legislation.

CARD PAYMENTS

All card payments for KALNOTE licences are made through the Digital River Share-IT! secure payments site.

RETURNS

We regret that we are not obliged to accept any returns or cancellations of contracts. No refunds will be given unless previously agreed and authorised in writing by us.
