KALNOTE Reminders 

 

Kalnote software is a versatile program designed to run in the background of your PC. It reads spreadsheets or databases and then send reminder emails when specified criteria are met.

Reminder emails bypass your email account and are sent through internet ports directly to the recipient. This avoids the need to access your client email account. Alternatively, you may send from your account if required.

Kalnote has numerous applications both on the business computer or home PC.  

 For example, Kalnote will read dates from a spreadsheet column and list all the items due today.
